“Research has shown that children heal better when their family is near. Last year, 786 families found a home at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston. Each night RMHC Charleston has 32 families, who have traveled to Charleston for their child’s medical treatment. Our home offers these families comfortable beds, hot meals, a caring staff, and a four-legged friend, Gardy, all just steps from the hospital. It is through your support, that we are able to continue to help these families during their darkest times.”
