Join us for a hard hat tour through the Hoffler Place development located at 595 King Street!

Hoffler Place is a mid-rise multifamily project catering to students with 260 beds, offering ground floor retail and will feature modern, high-end finishes, open layouts, large bay windows and loading availability.

We will meet at the Pour Taproom Rooftop Bar located across the street from Hoffler Place at 560 King Street at 4:30pm. Guided hard hat tours will begin at 4:45pm and will be done in groups of 20 people. Representatives from Armada Hoffler Properties will also be in attendance. Don't forget to wear closed-toed shoes for the tour!
