Award winning author and cookbook writer will be joining us on April 8, 2014. Ms. Holly Herrick has called Charleston home for 14 years and has watched the foodie culture of this city grow and mature. She is a recipient of Le Grande Diplome, Cuisine and Patry, Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France. Holly is a certified chef and specializes in classical French technique. The author of seven cookbooks, Holly holds a Journalism degree from Boston College and is an award winning food writer with a background in restaurant critiquing, travel/feature writing, and recipe development. Holly looks forward to talking about her experiece branding her products (including her beloved town of Charleston) and herself. She will also talk about her cooking adventures in France and around the world.
