Jason M. Ward is the Vice President of Development, Landmark Enterprises, Inc. He oversees all aspects for commercial and industrial real estate development projects at Landmark Enterprises, Inc. He manages projects from site acquisition to project completion. Mr. Ward joined Landmark Enterprises in December 2006. He has extensive real estate development management experience in various capacities on a wide variety of projects during the past 15 years of his career. Currently, Mr. Ward is developing an Office and Hotel Project, a Single Tenant Build-to-Suit Office Project, an Industrial Park and is also Fee-Developing an office campus for a software company. Mr. Ward is a graduate of the Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Residential Sciences, Real Estate.

Terry serves as the Broker-in-Charge of the Commercial and Industrial real estate brokerage group at Landmark Enterprises, Inc. He is responsible for managing the brokerage operations of the firm. Terry is involved in developing goals and objectives with agents and clients, coordinating acquisition and disposition strategies, pursuing build to suit opportunities, analyzing investment properties and consulting on contractual agreements.
